1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of this site and its services, operated by Lady Rocket in coordination with the Copernic companies ("Lady Rocket", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present a security risk, or are used to misrepresent a relationship with Lady Rocket, the Copernic companies or the Lady Rocket Foundation.

3. Nature of the service

This site is an informational and inquiry platform for cultural, philanthropic and legacy participation in the space economy. Mission, asset and marketplace infrastructure is provided through Copernic Space and is subject to separate agreements, eligibility review, and launch provider and regulatory timelines. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or agreement to fly, list, tokenise, curate or transport any item. Participation begins only under a signed written agreement.

4. No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or interest. No financial return is offered or implied. Historical auction outcomes referenced on this site are publicly reported results for specific lots and are illustrative only; documented spaceflight can create historically meaningful provenance but does not guarantee, forecast or multiply value.

5. Digital Legacy Vault submissions

By submitting material you represent and warrant that you own the material or hold all rights necessary to submit it, and that the submission infringes no third-party right and violates no law or export control. You retain ownership of your material. You grant Lady Rocket and the Copernic companies a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, review, catalogue and internally reproduce the material solely for curation and review. Any public display, mission inclusion or commercial use requires your separate written permission. Submission does not transfer ownership, create an obligation to include material in any mission, or guarantee any outcome. Statuses (draft, submitted, curation, approved, mission ready, archived, rejected) reflect review progress only. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or malicious material; do not attempt to access accounts, data or administrative functions that are not yours; do not probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service; and do not misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation. We may investigate and act on suspected violations, including removal of content and referral to authorities.

7. Credits

Credits are a non-cash internal recognition ledger. They are not money, currency, crypto assets, securities, stored value, or an investment return. They carry no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be applied only to eligible services if and when those are made available. Balances may be adjusted by administrators with a recorded audit reason, and may expire or be revoked in cases of abuse or account termination. Credit purchases are disabled.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, editorial, imagery, photography, the Lady Rocket name, emblem and wordmark, the Copernic Space name and marks, interface design, code and data compilations — is owned by Lady Rocket and the Copernic companies, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, train models on, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. Third-party names, auction house references and linked sources remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for editorial reference only.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sources, auction records, agency feeds and embedded video. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Communications

If you subscribe to the Space Intelligence briefing you consent to receive it; you may unsubscribe at any time. Automated daily delivery is integration-ready and is inactive until an email provider and scheduler are configured. We may send transactional messages relating to your account, submissions or inquiries.

11. Confidentiality of Private Office matters

Private Office inquiries are treated as confidential and are used solely to respond to you. We do not disclose the identity of any family office, brand, institution or individual as a client or participant unless that party has explicitly approved the statement.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any material you submit.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lady Rocket, the Copernic companies, the Lady Rocket Foundation and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lady Rocket and the Copernic companies from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising out of material you submit, your use of the site, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party right.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith for 30 days.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this page.
